Return & Refund Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info.gautamnx@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following Address: Shop No G-1,2,3, Ascon Plaza, B/H Bhulka Bhavan, Anand Mahal Road, Surat, Gujarat, 395009.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Returns & Refunds

  • We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery, and the product should be in its original condition, unused, with tags intact.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.
  • Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Order Cancellations & Shipping Charges Deduction

  • If you place an order using Prepaid or Partial COD payment and later cancel it after dispatch or refuse to accept the delivery, we will deduct the shipping charges from your prepaid or partial COD amount.
  • The remaining refundable amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10 to 15 business days.

Delayed Refunds

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven’t received a refund, please contact us at info.gautamnx@gmail.com.
